Support Offerings My account
The DataFrameworks Support Team has constructed a multi-layered support mechanism to bring you the level of support you need, when you need it. Support services are available online through the Knowledge Base, FAQ and via direct email contact to our Support staff. Telephone and various on-site support services are also available to customers needing higher service levels to meet the requirements of a demanding enterprise.
Your DataFrameworks purchase includes Basic online support, which permits access to the accumulated Knowledge Base for the product. FAQ access will answer many simple questions that may arise during the planning, installation, configuration and operation of the DataFrameworks product. Requesting direct support for questions or issues not found within these areas is initiated via email through this area of the website. Full access to documentation and patches is also provided under our Basic Support offering.
Users of DataFrameworks who wish to upgrade their service level beyond our Basic Support Service offering may do as their requirements demand. In addition to our Basic level, we offer both Standard and Premium service levels to meet these needs. Faster response time to queries, priority handling of issues and access to new releases are some of the benefits of these higher support levels. Direct access to phone support is available under our Premium Support Service offering, or as a per-call option to any user of the product.
On-site assistance is available for the installation of and training on DataFrameworks. Though the product is easy to install and configure, a jump-start may be helpful in getting the management of all your company's data off the ground.
Custom Support offerings are also available to meet the challenges of unusual or dynamic environments. Our Support Services Team can tailor and price an agreement to meet the needs and fill the requirements of most companies whose needs fall outside of our main Support offerings.
