A "framework" or "template" provides the vehicle to incorporate business logic, policies, and budgets. The framework establishes a baseline, which enables the Corporate File Manager to programmatically monitor and display non-conforming data events. Non conformance is identified for the following areas:

• Data organization and naming conventions
• File system permission / security policies
• Resource budgets (space and performance)
• Additional "rogue" file system activity

The Corporate File Manager quickly identifies non-conforming data events and guides the user to acceptable corrective action. Non conforming events are aggregated across all file systems / servers.
